Part of a commission for templebar! 
This is her character Luminescence, played on Run Like The Wind.
I had a lot of fun doing this but it was EXTREMELY CHALLENGING... especially the gif part holy crap. I started it once and then had to do it completely over. xD I had to do a lot of things for this that I'm not super comfortable with, including hair streaks, water ripples, complicated markings, etc., and I'm really proud of how it turned out!
