I found some awesome stock on pixabay (it's all under the creative commons zero license meaning anyone can use it and modify it without restrictions plus some other stuff) and I used 3 gr8 images which I will link below from there to make this.

Anyway I really wanted to make a manip of Nirvana as soon as I found the horse stock so here we are!

I kind of just slapped the hair stuff on without like a super exact technique idk what I even did but it turned out great imo.
