so i've wanted to make this for the past couple of weeks, and i finally got around to finishing it this evening. this is the regular version, and there's an animated version that i'll post the link to in a bit.

this was made entirely from scratch besides the use of a couple of textures. i traced over an image of the lift bridge which can be found here and made the towers in mostly the same placement as in this image.
